Questions

Asked before, answered plainly

The questions people put to ChainComply before commissioning a claim, answered without hedging. Where the honest answer is a limit rather than a benefit, it is written as a limit.

Before you commit

Does a CashoutReady report guarantee that my bank will accept the funds?

No, and any provider promising that is misleading you. The decision belongs to your bank, and only your bank. What CashoutReady changes is what the decision is made on: instead of an unexplained credit and a folder of exports, the reviewer receives a sourced, screened and cited file that answers the questions in the order they are asked.

Is CashoutReady only for very large amounts?

It is built for the situations where a bank asks the Source-of-Wealth question, which is usually a large transfer, a mortgage deposit or the onboarding of a crypto-funded client. If you are unsure whether your case warrants a full file, the first call is free and ChainComply will tell you if it does not.

How is ChainComply related to CashoutReady?

CashoutReady is ChainComply's service for private individuals. ChainComply builds the crypto Enhanced Due Diligence platform that banks, exchanges and wealth managers use to run these reviews, so a CashoutReady claim is produced with the same engine and to the same standard as the reviews performed on the institutional side.

How do I get started?

Describe your situation in a few lines through the enquiry form: which bank has asked, what it has asked for, and roughly what your crypto history looks like. A person reads it. The first call is free, and it settles whether a claim answers your question and what it would need to cover before anything is committed.

Which countries and banks can you support?

A CashoutReady claim documents your Source of Wealth regardless of where you live or which bank has asked. Banks apply their own internal policies and may request further documents, so the decision always stays with yours. Naming your country and bank when you enquire lets ChainComply prepare the claim in the most useful format and language.

Can CashoutReady help with a mortgage application?

Yes, where the lender is asking how a crypto-funded deposit was accumulated. The claim sets out that history in a form a credit file can carry. It does not guarantee approval of the mortgage, acceptance of the funds, or any particular decision by the lender.

Can I use the claim for a large withdrawal or bank onboarding?

Yes. Those are the two most common triggers, alongside a mortgage deposit. The claim is equally suited to answering an Enhanced Due Diligence request on an existing account. What it changes is the quality of the evidence, not who decides.

Scope and price

Which accounts and chains can be included?

Centralised exchanges for both fiat and crypto, self-custody wallets across the major chains, DeFi positions, bridging activity and margin trading. If an account cannot be reconstructed from the data available, the report states so in the data completeness section rather than leaving a silent gap.

What does the report cost, and what does the price include?

One Source-of-Wealth package costs €980 and covers up to 300,000 transactions, including review by a ChainComply analyst. Cases above that volume are quoted individually on the first call.

In which languages is the report available?

English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Bulgarian, with more in progress. The report is produced in the language your bank works in.

How long does a case take?

It depends on the number of transactions, venues, wallets and protocols involved, and on how much context the data cannot supply on its own. A straightforward case moves faster than one involving DeFi, bridging or incomplete records. ChainComply confirms the expected timeframe after reviewing the scope, which is why no figure is quoted here. If you are working to a bank or mortgage deadline, say so when you enquire.

What you provide

What information do I need to provide?

The relevant history from your exchange accounts, wallets and other platforms, plus context on how the wealth was built. You may also need to explain transactions the data cannot speak for on its own: transfers between your own wallets, loan repayments, gifts, or counterparties that are not self-evident. Before starting, make sure the accounts you want included are current.

What if some information is missing or incorrect?

Say so as early as possible. Missing or inconsistent data is the most common reason a wealth story is hard to reconcile, and it is far cheaper to resolve before the claim is written than after. You may need to connect a further account or supply the origin of a particular flow. Where a gap cannot be closed, the data completeness section states it and its size rather than leaving it silent.

What happens if potentially high-risk activity appears?

It appears in the claim. Screening may surface gambling activity, high-risk venues, mixers or unclear third-party flows, and those findings stay in whether or not they flatter the case. Identifying them in advance is the point: a signal you disclose and explain costs a paragraph, while the same signal found later by the bank costs considerably more.

Your data

Who reads my data?

A ChainComply analyst reviews your case, because an automated narrative that nobody has checked is exactly what banks distrust. Your data is not sold, and it is not shared with your bank or anyone else - you receive the file and decide who sees it.

Can I change the narrative before it goes to my bank?

You review the draft and can correct or add context anywhere the data alone was ambiguous. What you cannot do is remove a screening finding: a file that hides a flag fails the moment the bank runs its own checks, which is why the report keeps them in.

The limits

Does CashoutReady replace tax, legal or accounting advice?

No. A CashoutReady claim is a Source-of-Wealth and transparency document. It does not replace tax, legal, accounting, mortgage or financial advice, and it is not a tax return. Where your situation calls for it, obtain independent professional advice, particularly on tax reporting and legal obligations.

Ask the question that is not on this page

If your situation does not match any of the above, describe it in a few lines. The first call is free, and if a claim is not the right answer ChainComply will say so.
